CIC vs CIO vs CBS — which did you choose and why?

We need to incorporate so we can open a bank account for crowdfunding our legal challenge. I'm leaning towards a CIC because it's quicker to set up than a CIO, but I'm worried about the asset lock implications. What did your group choose?
