Hillside Parks ruling: Can we invalidate the rest of the developer's masterplan?

The developer built the first phase but then used 'drop-in' permissions that contradict the original masterplan. Under the Supreme Court's Hillside Parks decision, it might now be physically impossible to implement the original permission.
